Our customers come in all sizes – multinational enterprises, two-man businesses, advertising agencies and everything in between. As a professional translator, I can guarantee that your texts will be translated to a high standard.
I can process a broad range of original data formats: Microsoft Office up to the latest version (Windows) and Office 2011 for Mac (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), HTML, RTF, TXT, QuarkXpress, InDesign, XML (often used in CMS systems) and many more. Please ask about other formats.
I translate individual files and complete websites in their original formats. DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, INDD, IDML, XML, HTML or QXP – you will receive the translations in the same format that you sent us (unless it was PDF!). If requested, I can download a complete site from the web and quote you on that basis.
If you also need additional services like DTP or web design, I can put you in touch with professionals in these areas as well.

CAT food?
Computer Aided Translation, or CAT is comparable with Computer Aided Design or CAD. Modern CAD software has not replaced draughtsmen and -women, but it helps them to be more efficient and cut costs. Translating with CAT tools is a similar development. These tools store every sentence, headline and bullet point in our customer-specific databases in the source and target languages. Subsequent projects for the same customer are compared automatically with the database and the translator only translates the changes. Feeding the CAT saves you time and money. Consistent re-use of your company’s terminology and style can thus be guaranteed over years. If you don’t change something, we won’t either.
